A month ago, the best make-up artist I’ve ever met (German, from The Blog Institute…), told me : « why don’t you try this lipstick ? ». The lipstick was so red that I thought it was bleeding… No way ! As far as I am concerned, I’ve always thought that that kind of colour was for a special kind of girls, if you see what I mean…
But, Lanc?me is not a silly brand. And, they tried to make me feel in love with the red lipstick. So, for Chrismas, they decided to offer me their brand new red lipstick… I thought it could be a great way to open the possibility of being a red lipstick addict… So, one day, when I was alone at home, I took it and… came to the bathroom, in front of the mirror… At that moment, I was so strong, that I went through with my crazy plan… And a few minutes later, my lips were red.
At the beginning I was convinced that the result was awful : my lips were so vouluminous that I immediately felt ridiculous. I was under the impression that I looked like a stupid clown. But, I decided to take German’s advice and I mixed the red pigments with my fingers. And… The effect was so great !
Actually, the colour is the best red I’ve ever seen. It looks like an old Christian Dior from 1960′s…
